Stock items of jewellery can be returned within 14 days if it is just not for you, the buyer covers postage and I'm pierced earrings cannot be returned for hygine reasons.  Please get in touch on sarah@highlandsilver.co.uk

For custom orders I cannot offer a refund unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Allow about 3 weeks for delivery, but please be away if ordering custom it may take time to source materials.

Please check all measurements as some pieces are very large and some are really tiny, so to avoid surprises check the measurements.
